Title Large-scale population populations genomic of Hui people suggested fine-scale population substucture and complex admixture landscape
Relevance Evolution
Data types Targeted Locus (Loci)
Organisms Homo sapiens
Description Historical documents suggest that Marime and the land Silk Road serve as important passages for recent Trans-Eurasian human migrations and cultural exchange. However, whether extensive population migrations or circulation of ideas contribute to the formation of the Chinese Hui populations remaine controversial. We report the largest-scale genomic resources from 2,198 geographically different Hui populations to illuminate genetic origin, population structure, and biological adaptative architectures of human disease and phenotypic traits.
