Description We also aimed to detect the mechanism on sugarcane resistance to atrazine tolerance by application of nano-selenium in various levels, including physiology, molecular and metabolic aspects. As well as the interaction between nano-selenium and atrazine was also explored. The project will provide a valuable basis for the safe and efficient application of nano-selenium fertilizer to enhance herbicide resistance, especially by foliar application, in the sugarcane plantation system. In addition, our results will provide deeper insights into the molecular response associated with the nano-Se mediated alleviation of herbicide toxicity in sugarcane plants.
