Description |
The main research objectives of this project mainly include: accurately locating the key genes BjA06.GL1 and BjB02.GL1 that control the formation of trichomes. The relevant information submitted by this project mainly covers the important data resources used for locating trichomes. For the parent, 30 plants with equal amounts of young and tender leaves were selected respectively to construct the trichome pool (H2 bulks) and the glabrous pool (H177 bulks), and for the F2 generation, also 30 plants with equal amounts of young and tender leaves were selected respectively to construct the Leaf with trichome bulks (LTBs) and the Leaf with glabrous (LGBs). Samples from the two parental line and two F2 segregating pools were used to extract Genomic DNA. Re-sequencing of the four DNA pools were performed with Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platforms by Biomarker Technologies (Beijing, China). |
