| 描述信息 | Arabidopsis seeds were germinated on 1/2 MS medium at 22 °C under a 16h light/8h dark photoperiod. Detached leaf explants with partial petioles of the first or second rosette leaves from 12-day old seedlings were cultured on B5 medium without sucrose at 22 °C under 24h light conditions by inserting petioles into the medium.For RNA-seq,total RNA was extracted from wounded regions from ~40 detached leaves of Col-0, anac096-3ananc071-1anac011-3(tm) at 2 days after cultured.For single cell sequencing, about 300 detached leaves of Col-0 were dissociated at 2.5 days after cultured. | ||||||||||||||||||||
