Description |
PASMCs cultured under normoxia and hypoxia for 48 h were collected for the TMT-labeled quantitative proteomics analysis. The analysis was performed using aQ-Exactive mass spectrometer (Thermofisher, USA) by Shanghai Lu-Ming Biotech Co.,Ltd. (Shanghai, China). Briefly, PASMCs were lysed with 300 µL lysis buffer, followed by protein concentration measurement and quality control of the protein samples. Then the lyophilized samples were labeled with TMT. The mass spectrometry analysis using Proteome Discover 2.4 (Thermofisher, USA). |
