描述信息 This study aims to uncover the molecular mechanisms of male genital lichen sclerosus (LS) and its associated urethral cancer through multi-omics approaches. We will perform whole-genome sequencing, transcriptome sequencing, epigenome sequencing, proteomics, 16s rDNA sequencing and metabolomics on patients and control groups to comprehensively collect gene and protein expression data. By comparing functional differences in gene expression, we will identify significant differentially expressed genes and conduct functional annotation and pathway analysis to reveal the biological pathways involved. Further network analysis and experimental validation will help us understand the roles and mechanisms of these genes and pathways in LS and its associated urethral cancer, thereby providing a scientific basis for early diagnosis and personalized treatment of the disease.
