Solitary fibrosis tumor (SFT) is a rare tumor for which there are no effective treatment options. SFTs of the central system are particularly dangerous due to their anatomical location and recurrent nature. In the current study, we comprehensively characterized SFT and its primary cells using whole genome sequencing, RNA-seq, single cell RNAseq and single cell spatial RNAseq . We uncovered key mutations and signaling pathways in the tumor and small molecule drugs for tumor treatment. |
