This project aims to perform single-cell RNA sequencing on peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) obtained from patients diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis (MG). The primary objective of this study is to identify and characterize the distinct cellular subpopulations and gene expression profiles associated with MG. By comparing these profiles with those from healthy control PBMCs, we seek to uncover potential biomarkers and therapeutic targets for MG. |
