Here, we integrated time-series chromatin accessibility (ATAC-seq) and transcriptome (RNA-seq) data to comprehensively investigate the dynamics of transcriptional regulation in rice roots resupplied with ammonium nitrate under N-deprived pretreatment conditions. |
