| 描述信息 |
The process of T cell expansion, including cycling T cells, plays a crucial role in both autoimmune and chronic inflammatory diseases. However, the precise regulatory mechanisms governing the process of T cell expansion, particularly the cycling T cell population, remain poorly understood. In this study, we reveal that the deficiency of NAT10 expressed in T cells, exhibit a notable decrease in mature T cell numbers in peripheral lymphoid organs. NAT10 contributes to the regulation of T cell activation and proliferation upon antigen stimulation. |
