Description |
In this study, we collected the tumor boundary tissues of MVI+ and MVI- patients, along with distant paratumor tissues, and performed spatial transcriptome and metabolism sequencing. By comparing gene expression and metabolite signal intensities between MVI+ and MVI- tissues, we observed significant alterations in lipid metabolism activities within tumor and peritumoral regions during HCC progression from MVI- to MVI+. |
