Title Spatial multi-omics uncovering tumor structures and cell type specific metabolites in primary and microvascular invasion HCC
Relevance Medical
Data types Raw sequence reads
Organisms Homo sapiens
Description In this study, we collected the tumor boundary tissues of MVI+ and MVI- patients, along with distant paratumor tissues, and performed spatial transcriptome and metabolism sequencing. By comparing gene expression and metabolite signal intensities between MVI+ and MVI- tissues, we observed significant alterations in lipid metabolism activities within tumor and peritumoral regions during HCC progression from MVI- to MVI+.
