Gastric cancer (GC) is the fifth most common cancer and the fifth leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide, often diagnosed late with limited treatment options. To address this challenge, we aim to develop a blood-based quantitative methylation-specific PCR (qMSP) assay, GasAiQ, to facilitate the early diagnosis of GC. |
