Description |
The aim of this project is to evaluate the role of chromosomal instability (CIN) in the preoperative prediction of sentinel lymph node (SLN) metastasis in breast cancer patients. By analyzing low-pass whole-genome sequencing (LP-WGS) data in depth, we plan to explore the correlation between CIN and SLN metastasis and develop a CIN-based predictive model to improve the accuracy of preoperative assessment of lymph node metastasis risk in breast cancer patients. This project not only helps to improve the level of personalized treatment for breast cancer patients but may also provide new research ideas and methods for predicting lymph node metastasis in other types of tumors. By reducing unnecessary invasive examinations, this project is expected to improve patients' quality of life and provide a scientific basis for the rational allocation of medical resources. |
