The poor survival rate of gallbladder cancer (GBC), coupled with the aggressive nature of liver invasion, underscores the urgency of understanding the underlying mechanisms. Our study addresses this gap by dissecting the complex cellular interactions and spatial architecture at the tumor-liver interface with single-cell and spatial transcriptomics. In this study, we comprehensively profiled 40 10X Visium spatial slides and 27 single-cell transcriptome data for multiple sampling sites from 8 patients, enabling systematical depicting of the microenvironment of liver-invading gallbladder cancer. |
