Description |
MED-B-4, a Sappanone A derivative compound, is designed as IMPDH2 selective PROTAC degrader. MiaPaCa2 is a pancreatic ductal cancer cell line which expresses IMPDH2 as an essential gene. MiaPaCa2 cells were treated with MED-B-4 at 2.5uM and 5uM respectively for 8 hours before subjected to Tandem Mass Tag (TMT) System based mass spectrum analysis for differently expressed proteins. |
