Title Comprehensive Evolutionary Characterization of Somatic Mutations in Chinese Lung Adenocarcinoma

Description To investigate genomic driver events in both the coding and non-coding regions, we performed a whole-genome sequencing of 251 LUADs of Chinese ancestry. In addition to previously reported LUAD driver genes, we identified a number of novel, potentially oncogenic genes and non-coding regulatory elements. More importantly, by inferring the timing of these somatic events, we observed varied genomic patterns across different epochs during tumor evolution.
