| 描述信息 | We presented eleven high-quality chromosome-level genome assemblies for Fraxinus species and constructed a Fraxinus structural variation-based pan-genome. A salt tolerance PAV-based quantitative trait loci (QTL) mapping was performed, identifying two PAV-QTLs and candidate genes associated with Fraxinus salt tolerance. Virus-induced gene silencing and transient overexpression experiments further elucidated the regulatory mechanisms of FvbHLH85 and FvSWEET5 in salt tolerance. | ||||||||
