This study primarily utilizes high-density EEG, MRI, and multi-omics technologies to explore the dynamic impact of the APOE4 gene on brain cognitive functional networks, with the aim of achieving risk warning, early diagnosis, and developing appropriate interventions during the asymptomatic phase of the disease. The main research indicators include epidemiological data and changes in cognitive brain functional network characteristics based on EEG, MRI, and multi-omics data. This project aims to explore the impact of the ApoE4 gene on cognitive-related brain functional networks by examining the pathological mechanisms of Alzheimer's disease from large-scale brain structures, mesoscale functional connectivity, to microscale omics. |
