描述信息 In this study, we developed deep neural networks and trained a nanopore-based CHH, CHG, and CpG methylation calling model called DeepPlant. In this project, we have generated and analyzed the Nanopore Sequencing datasets and Next Generation Sequencing datasets for the Salvia miltiorrhiza, Solanum tuberosum, Ricinus communis, Citrus sinensis, and Vitis vinifera.
