| 描述信息 |
Inbred line 654 is a high-yielding grain sorghum with favorable agronomic traits, including photoperiod insensitivity, early maturity, short internodes and a thin stem, and dwarfism. It has been used as a parent line for numerous commercial hybrids in China, and also as a parent for recombinant inbred lines (RILs), which have been instrumental in cloning several agronomically important traits such as grain size and color. Here, we present a telomere-to-telomere (T2T) genome assembly and well-annotated genes of line 654, as well as raw reads including ultra-long ONT, PacBio HiFi, and Hi-C. |
