描述信息 Hepatocellular carcinoma represents one of the most significant global health burdens in terms of morbidity and mortality. In recent years, mounting evidence has indicated that combination therapy has emerged as a promising strategic approach for the treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma. Based on this evidence, we propose a potential therapeutic combination for hepatocellular carcinoma, namely cryptotanshinone in combination with arsenic trioxide, which we have designated as ACCS. To elucidate the intrinsic mechanism by which ACCS exerts its anti-hepatocellular carcinoma effects, we performed transcriptome sequencing of Hepa1-6 cells after ACCS intervention in normoxic and hypoxic environments. This approach allowed us to identify the pathways and key targets associated with the observed effects.
