Description

Thirty samples were collected from 10 healthy people, 10 T2DM patients, and 10 T2DMCAD patients. We determined the gut bacterial composition via 16S rRNA gene sequencing analysis and analyzed the gut microbes and their metabolomic changes via metabolomics. The potential key gut microbes and metabolites were explored with random forest and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analyses. Finally, Spearman correlation analysis and linear regression were used to identify the correlations between the gut bacteria and metabolites.
