The NeoPalAna trial (NCT01723774) is a multi-cohort single arm phase 2 neoadjuvant study of the CDK4/6i palbociclib plus anastrozole in clinical stage II/III ER+/HER2- BC aimed to assess the antiproliferative effect of palbociclib in primary BC and to discover response biomarkers. Biomarkers were investigated with RNASeq, whole exome sequencing, and mass spectrometry. |
