Description |
Here, we demonstrate that CRC-derived exosomes create an immunosuppressive PMN. Exosomes from CT-26 cells, a murine colon carcinoma line, polarize M1 macrophages into the M2 phenotype and reduce CD8+ T cell viability, consequently leading to liver metastasis of CRC. Therefore, we hope to find out which protein in exosome plays an important role in this phenomenon by LC-MS. |
