Title |
Study on the mechanism of TGM2 in HCC progression |
Relevance |
Medical |
Data types |
Proteomic mass spectrometry
|
Organisms |
Homo sapiens
|
Description |
To investigate the role of TGM2 in the progression of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), mass spectrometry was used to quantitatively analyze the level of H3Q5ser modifications in HCC samples compared to normal liver tissues. The dataset included 25 paired HCC tissues, where peptides were enriched using H3 antibodies, as well as 8 HCC samples from which total histones were extracted for detection. |
