描述信息 we have successfully decoded a high-quality T2T genome of a local B. juncea landrace (HJ) from Northern Shaanxi, China. Through comprehensive genomics and population genetic analyses, we provide new insights into the adaptive evolution, genetic diversity, and mechanisms underlying erucic acid and glucosinolate formation in the B. juncea HJ. This work lays a solid foundation for the genetic improvement and breeding of new rapeseed variety.
