hECA version 2.0 is the extended version of the human Ensemble Cell Atlas(PRJCA008680). It contains more cells and data modalities from 40 organs as more comphrehensive cellular reference for the healthy human. In hECA version 2.0, we provided exprssion profiles of 10,831,024 cells/nucleis and chromatin accessibility of 1,416,420 cells/nucleis,covering 40 organs.
