In this study, we employed ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography for untargeted metabolomics analysis of plasma samples from 137 pregnant women in the early to mid-pregnancy. The cohort included the PCOS group (36 PCOS patients with GDM and 34 PCOS patients) and the Non-PCOS group (37 GDM patients and 30 healthy control pregnant women). The aim was to compare the metabolic pattern differences between PCOS patients and non-PCOS individuals, and to construct early GDM prediction models separately for the PCOS and non-PCOS groups. |
