Title Whole genome re-sequencing of walnut (Juglans regia L.) to analysis of the differences associated with tolerate chilling stress
Relevance Agricultural
Data types Whole genome sequencing
Organisms Juglans regia
Description Walnut is an important economic tree species worldwide, with important nutritional and economic value. Since its own characteristics are particularly sensitive to cold stress, it is interesting that different walnut varieties show different tolerance to cold stress. In this study, a combination of physiology and biochemistry and whole genome sequencing (WGS) was used to determine the electrical conductivity and antioxidant enzymes of walnuts under cold stress and exogenous Meja and DIECA treatment of Qingxiang and Liaoning No.8 genotypes. SNP, InDel, SV, CNV and other mutations were detected and analyzed.
