Description | Single-cell RNA sequencing and spatial transcriptome analysis reveal the neural control of DP thymocyte proliferation.To investigate how this neural circuit regulates thymocyte development, we performed 10X Chromium single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) of the thymuses in mice that either received SCNVIP activation or control treatment. After quality control, we obtained 26, 211 cells which could be divided into 35 clusters using unsupervised clustering | ||||||||
