Description Nuclei isolated from 50,000 counted cells were used for transposition reaction with Tn5 transposase (Vazyme Biotech). 10 PCR cycles were performed for library setup for each reaction mix using high-fidelity 2x PCR Master Mix (New England Biolabs) using primers with unique barcodes (Vazyme Biotech). Pair-end sequencing (150bp x 2) was performed on Illumina HiSeq X Ten instrument (CloudHealth Genomics Ltd.)
