To gain the insight into the mechanisms underlying the effects of ZYH0005, HT29 cells and U87-MG cells were either treated with or without 100 nM of ZYH005 for 48 hours. Total RNA was extracted from these cells using Trizol (Invitrogen). Affymetrix human HTA2.0 microarrays were constructed. |
