| 描述信息 | This project focuses on elucidating the characteristics of cellular composition, synergistic interactions, and mechanisms underlying the maintenance of homeostasis through cell renewal and replacement in the heart and liver under physiological, stress, and aging conditions. lt aims to uncover the cellular and molecular bases for differences in regenerative potential between cardiac and hepatic tissues and to achieve a series of research outcomes with independent intellectual property rights. The expected goals of the project are: 1)To identify 5-10 key markers and functional genes of cellular subpopulations in the heart and liver, and to characterize 2-3 types of multipotent cells along with their specific markers. 2) To uncover 1-2 novel mechanisms involved in cellular renewal and the maintenance of homeostasis in the heart and liver. 3)To identify 4-5 critical factors that regulate cell proliferation and differentiation in cardiac and hepatic tissues | ||||||||
