To investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying fruit abscission in A. arguta, comparative transcriptomic analyses were conducted across six developmental stages of two cultivars with markedly different abscission tendencies: 'KL' (abscission-susceptible) and 'JL' (abscission-resistant). Stages A through F correspond to 45, 64, 72, 76, and 84 days post-anthesis, respectively. |
