To explore the effects of antiphospholipid antibodies (aPLs) on macrophages and endothelial cells. We extracted aPL-IgG from the serum of obstetric antiphospholipid syndrome patients and stimulated the cultured macrophages and endothelial cells using the aPL-IgG and beta 2 glycoprotein I complex in vitro. RNA of these cells was extracted for mRNA sequencing. |
