| Description |
To investigate the effects of short-term warming on the transcriptional levels of A. paniculata, we conducted transcriptome analysis on three cDNA libraries using Illumina HiSeq. These libraries were derived from A. paniculata grown at 25°C for 45 days and then transferred to either 22°C or 28°C for 12 hours, with three biological replicates per condition. |
