Hepatic ischemia reperfusion injury is a common pathological phenomenon after hepatectomy and liver transplantation. This project aim to explore the role of Axin formation inhibitor 1 in HIRI. The hepatocytes were transfected with AdVector and AdAxin1 respectively, and the hypoxic reoxygenation model was constructed. RNA sequencing is used to obtain differential genes. |
