Neodymium nitrate [Nd(NO3)3] is refined and widely used worldwide, and the occupational and environmental safety issues of rare earths have attracted considerable attention.Therefore, we conducted differential gene expression analysis and RNA-seq on Nd(NO3)3-exposed mouse hepatocytes AML12 cells to identify key genes and regulatory pathways for hepatic injury toxicity and to explore early biomarkers and mechanisms of Nd(NO3)3-induced hepatic injury toxicity. |
