| 描述信息 | After being cultivated for thousands of years under the extreme environment and special cultivation conditions on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, Qingke (Hordeum vulgare var. coeleste), hulless barley, has developed an excellent adaptability to the harsh environment of the plateau. Identifying the adaptive variations in the genome of Qingke can reveal the formation mechanism of its adaptability to the extreme environment of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Here, a total of 500 diverse barley accessions were genotyped using the genotyping-by-sequencing approach (of which 167 Qingke GBS sequencing data has been deposited in the genome sequence archive in the Big Data Center at the Beijing Institute of Genomics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, under accession number CRA007788). The aim of this study is to explore the adaptive selection imprint of Qingke on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and investigate its adaptive strategies to extreme plateau environments. | ||||||||
