Locally Advanced Cervical Cancer (LACC) is a highly lethal malignancy affecting women. Analyzing the transcriptional changes in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) can provide valuable insights into patients' immune systems. In this study, PBMC samples were collected from 14 LACC patients who underwent chemoradiotherapy, prior to the administration of anti-programmed cell death-1 (PD-1) antibodies. Based on the observed outcomes following the PD-1 antibody treatment, the patients were subsequently categorized into two groups: those experiencing immune-related adverse events (irAE) and those without. This project aims to utilize bulk RNA-seq technology to analyze the gene expression profiles of PBMC from LACC patients after chemoradiotherapy. |
