Brain metastasis represents a critical and often devastating complication in cancer patients, characterized by the spread of tumor cells from primary sites to the brain. Despite advances in cancer therapy, the mechanisms underlying brain metastasis remain poorly understood, limiting the effectiveness of current treatments. This project aims to conduct a comprehensive multi-omics profiling of brain metastasis to uncover the molecular and cellular alterations that drive metastatic progression and therapy resistance in the brain microenvironment. |
