In this study, the hepatopancreatic and intestinal morphology and physiological indexes of healthy shrimp and shrimp infected with WFS were compared and analyzed to determine whether WFS infection would cause harm to the health of L. vannamei. The differences of intestinal metabolites between healthy shrimp and shrimp infected with WFS were analyzed by non-targeted metabolism technology. The functional annotation and metabolic analysis of the detected metabolites were helpful to screen the markers for maintaining the intestinal microbial homeostasis of L. vannamei. |
