This project aims to develop a noninvasive prognostic classification tool for assessing intratumoral heterogeneity (ITH) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) using MRI-based radiomics and multi-omics insights. By integrating radiomics with molecular data, we identified distinct radiological phenotypes of ITH that are strongly correlated with prognosis and biological characteristics. This method provides an accurate, noninvasive way to classify ITH, offering insights into underlying molecular mechanisms such as extracellular matrix remodeling. The approach promises broader applications in oncology, particularly in tailoring personalized treatment strategies for HCC and potentially other solid tumors. |
