描述信息 In this project, we established an intratumoral iteration model of colorectal cancer radiotherapy resistance, designated as IR-MC38, and compared its tumor microenvironment to that of the parental MC38 tumor using single-cell sequencing. Through RNA sequencing, we identified NEK8 as a key gene associated with the anti-tumor immunity of CD8+T cells. Subsequently, we performed comprehensive multi-omics analyses on NEK8, including proteomics, CUT&Tag sequencing, and bulk RNA sequencing, to elucidate its role and underlying mechanisms.
