Microplastics and nanoplastics (MNPs) derived from degraded agricultural plastic films pose significant threats to the environment and food safety, yet their dual impacts on vegetable quality and animal health remain understudied. We evaluated the effects of varying concentrations of MNPs on the transcriptomic and metabolomic profiles of lettuce.
