描述信息 By integrating short-read and long-read sequencing data, we utilized a de novo metagenome assembly pipeline and a total of 10,702 metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) were obtained. Subsequently, after a quality control step, we focused on 7,783 MAGs with high and medium quality, meeting criteria of at least 50% completeness and less than 10% contamination as Genomic Standards Consortium (GSC) recommended. Based on the average nucleotide identity (ANI) calculation between these MAGs, 1,373 clusters were generated.
