| 描述信息 |
To obtain deeper insight into the underlying mechanisms linking ANK to the pathogenesis of AA, high-throughput RNA-sequencing of ANK-deficient rat VSMCs via small interfering RNA was performed. A total of 972 upregulated differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were identified in ANK-deficient rat VSMCs, and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) enrichment analysis presented several pathways highly related to inflammation and energy metabolism |
