We generated in-house RNase R-treated RNA-seq data for three lung cell lines (A549, NCI-H23, and HSAEC). For RNA-seq library preparation, the NEBNext Ultra II DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina (New England Biolabs) was used. The library was sequenced on a NovoSeq 6000 instrument using a Mid Output Kit v2.5 (150 cycles) (Illumina), generating approximately 50 million paired-end 150-nucleotide reads per library. Amplicon sequencing of NCI-H23 was performed by Novogene with an amplicon pool combining 2μl of the PCR products of circRNA candidates to be analyzed. |
