Description Jujube (Ziziphus jujuba) is a globally significant fruit, necessitating strategies to enhance fruiting development for improved yield and quality. Gibberellic acid (GA3) is known to regulate fruit development, yet its molecular mechanisms in jujube remain underexplored. This study employed RNA-sequencing to analyze transcriptional dynamics across four fruiting stages-yellow bud (L0), sepal flattening (e0), filaments wilting (h0), and ovary enlargement (z0)-under GA3 treatment.
