| 描述信息 | To evaluate the biological effects of EGFR activating mutations to the response to immune checkpoint inihibitors, three different cell lines originated from mus musculus were stably transduced with EGFR/Egfr activating mutations and subcutaneously transplanted to C57BL/6 mice model. The mice were then treated with anti-mouse PD1 antibody or IgG isotype, and the subcutaneous tumors were subjected to bulk RNA-sequencing after completion of treatment. | ||||||||||||
